[rt-users] Version 2.0.15 feature - 25 highest priority tickets I requested..

Build a query in the query builder using buttons or advanced:

(Status = 'open' OR Status = 'new') AND Requestor.id = '__CurrentUser__'

Save this query at system level. Add this query to the RT at glance of
all users using UI->Configuration->RT At Glance.

I think this should work.
