Ok, I'm obviously doing something wrong...
I am putting this in my RT_SiteConfig.pm:
Set( $EmailSubjectTagRegex, qr/\Q($rtname|Alert)\E/i );
but when I reply to a ticket it now creates a new ticket. If I change
it to
Set( $EmailSubjectTagRegex, qr/\Q$rtname\E/i );
it behaves as normal. Am I misunderstanding how this works? That was
directly out of the example, or so I thought.
