Just use a global scrip "Configuration -> Global -> Scrips -> New Scrip" with the following values:
Condition: On Queue Change
Action: Notify Owner
Template: Global temlate: Transaction
Stage: TransactionCreate
And click on "Create" on the right side.

Greeting all,
Is there a scrip to automatically notify Admin of a queue when a ticket
is moved into their queue from another queue? The only way that I know
is by changing the queue and replying to the ticket. Otherwise, the
Admins of the queue I moved the ticket to won't be notified.
Cheers,
Hossein Rafighi
