[rt-users] add requestor name in Templates

Hi,
I'm using RT 3.8.4 on Debian Lenny 

I would like to add the requestor name in my autoreply template

When I try to add : 
	{$Ticket->Requestors->UsersObj->First->RealName}
the scrips isn't executed
