[rt-users] RT 3.8.7 and Ldap

We were able to set up users in advance of them logging in by entering their
ldap user id into the Create User form.
If you are doing that and it's saying the name is in use, the account may
already be created. Search for it on the Users page (the account won't show
up in the user list there until they are Privileged). Once found, you can
grant them rights from there.
