[rt-users] GPG issue on RHEL5 + RT 3.8.7

Hi Ruslan, thanks for the input ... <sigh> ... it's more stupid than
this though. There was a fake user created with a typo in the user name,
and I was checking the typo account instead of the real account ... >_<
... works fine when you check the right account!
