[rt-users] RTFM 2.4.3rc1 question

Hi all -

Running RT 3.8.8 on ubuntu 10.04.

I have RTFM setup and I use it mainly for Canned Responses.  Right now when
I use an article in my reply I see a bunch of <br />.  Obviously showing all
the HTML line breaks from my article.  When I go to modify my article I just
see the normal article with no HTML.  Is there a way I can get the HTML to
stop showing up?
