[rt-users] Error after 3.9.7 Upgrade

I upgraded my test RT installation from 3.9.6 to 3.9.7 and now I get the
following error during login:

Can't locate object method "host" via package "URI::_generic" at
/opt/rt-3.9/sbin/../lib/RT/Interface/Web.pm line 658.

Is this something known, but whose solution I missed?
