[rt-users] Reset User's Search Format?

One of our users has a search format set that is incompatible with
our installation of RT (makes searches link to the wrong place), and I can't
seem to find a way to reset or even change his default search format.
I that there is a config setting for DefaultSearchFormat, but new users
don't have this problem, just this older one.

Note that this is a database that was imported to RT 3.8.8 from RT 3.6.7
