Hello All, We are fairly new to RT/RTIR and was wondering if anyone out there with a annual ticket volume of 50,000 to 100,000 or greater can elaborate a bit on your hardware configuration and tips on tuning as well as scaling up the application. Thanks in advance! Lily Chen
