[rt-users] How to change the RT Self Service web interface for Unprivileged user?

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for your reply.
I have able to add the date column in RT Self Service by adding
"Created" parameter in the file in
"/opt/rt3/share/html/SelfService/Elements/MyRequest".
