hi
im able to create a ticket by sending an email but i dont know how to fill
the other fields apart from "Subject". I have 4 custom fields that i want to
fill when i send the mail
i use a php form to send the mails and i tried to put the custom field in
the header to see if it works by typing "CF.{<custom field name>}=<value>"
but nothing happens
i hope someone knows how to do it
