for the other non-perl people like me, the following works.
return (($self->TransactionObj->Type eq "Correspond") &&
(($self->TicketObj->QueueObj->Name ne "Q1") &&
($self->TicketObj->QueueObj->Name ne "Q2") &&
($self->TicketObj->QueueObj->Name ne "Q3")));
