[rt-users] Asset Tracker not installing. please help.

I believe you have a setting in your RT_SiteConfig file something like this;
Set(@Plugins,(qw(RT::Extension::PriorityAsString)));
And, AT had you add (or, added) a Set (@Plugins line above this. You need to either comment one out, or combine the two instead.
