[rt-users] RTAddressRegex and ExternalAuth error

      I would begin with this guy here:

/opt/rt3/bin/../local/lib /opt/rt3/bin/../lib /etc/perl /u$

Sounds like the RT path is not right. Was it working before? Did you
install the ubuntu RT package or got it from bestpractical?
