[rt-users] RTAddressRegex and ExternalAuth error

Sounds like the RT path is not right. Was it working before? Did you
install the ubuntu RT package or got it from bestpractical?

Everything was working right until I decide to configure the LDAP authentication... I followed the instructions from best practical and then install the CPAN module....I am not sure if I installed in the wrong path.
What can I do to reverse the installation or better still repair the issue?
