[rt-users] Problem removing group members from groups.

Jason,
If you are a "SuperUser" (and I assume you are) you shouldn't be having that
problem. If you are signed on with a userId that does not have certain
rights (like ModifyQueueWatchers), you won't be able to remove those
members.
