[rt-users] MakeClicky does not handle html anchors correctly

This is what I am now using:

  In $RTHOME/etc/RT_SiteConfig.pm
  Set(@Active_MakeClicky, qw(httpurl_overwrite));

Find my $RTHOME/local/html/Elements/MakeClicky attached.
