[rt-users] Templates after upgrade

Hi, just upgrade to 3.9.4 to test the new version. All process went ok.

Doing some testing i notice that the codes within the templates is not
working as expected. Example - On create a new Ticket i do receive the
email, but instead of the subject i gpt "AutoReply:
{$Ticket->Subject}".

Any advice?
