[rt-users] 3.8.10 problems with RT-Extension-SpawnLinkedTicketInQueue

Hi,

I just updated to 3.8.10 and RT-Extension-SpawnLinkedTicketInQueue
stopped working. When I click on the Create button I get a 403
Forbidden page: "You don't have permission to access
/Elements/SpawnLinkedTicket on this server".

Is there anything obvious I missed during the upgrade?
I checked the permissions on the disk and they are fine, but I don't
that's the real reason...
