As a security measure, RT now blocks access to code in /Elements
That extension will need an update

Can you file a bug for it on rt.cpan.org?  You should be able to
forward your email to bug-rt-extension-spawnlinkedticketinqueue at 
rt.cpan.org if I'm remembering the syntax correctly.
