[rt-users] New ticket and attachment problem

Hello,

We're using 3.8.10 and I'm trying to troubleshoot a problem that occurs when we create a new ticket within RT. Everything appears fine within RT, but it seems like RT only sends out the "AutoReply" scrip and doesn't send an actual email that contains the attachment to the requestor we specify in RT.

Can this behavior be changed?
