[rt-users] Message threadings when close a ticket

Hi.

When I close a ticket I received a message from RT to tell me the ticket is
closed. 

But in both mutt and Thunderbird the last message come as a new message,
never like a answer of the thread of the ticket. 

Is any way I can make this last message as a answer so it's appear in the
thread ?
