[rt-users] Queues

I'm trying to configure RT for an IT consulting business. I need to
know what company / client submitted the ticket.

1. If they submit a ticket by email, will I be able to tell what
company that's from?

2. Should I create a queue for each company / client?

This is my first time working with RT.
