[rt-users] RTx::Calendar Not Displaying

Enabling MyCalendar under Preferences > RT at a Glance, and fixing
missing file/directory permissions for the plugin, did the trick.
Calendar now displays on RT at a Glance (Home) and Edit Query >
Advanced > Calendar.
