[rt-users] SetStatus Action module

Hi,

insert_action_SetStatus.pl script uses some internal things Bruce
never shared. AFAICS that SetStatus.pm should work with modern RT. You
can insert a new scrip action into DB using
http://requesttracker.wikia.com/wiki/InitialData instead of using the
script.
