[rt-users] SetStatus Action module

Hello all,

Forgive me for not being adept as Perl!

I'm trying to follow your instructions and your
SetStatus Action module at:
http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/rt/devel/2931?search_string=SetStatus;#2931

Running into a problem though with getting theinsert_action_SetStatus.pl
script run

Here's the output:

We're running RT-3.8.5 here and I've spent
the last 2 days trying to figure this out with
no success as yet...
