Okay .. sorry for resend the e-mails ..

It isn't clear why you don't want to use inbound email 

We have an external E-Mail Provider ... in future we want to use an exchange
Server .. but for now we havent any ressources for that... so i need a local
email solution ....


but you could certainly use the perl or rest api.  
You can find FormTools on our github account 

My programming knowledge is very well, so it isn't easy for me to adapt an
extension for  a function ...

But I would try to mastery this ...

so can anybody give some hints or tips?

I don't know how to tackle it.
