[rt-users] Internet Explorer 9 + RT 3.8.8 cannot download attachments

I apologize, I am using SSL on our RT.

Sure enough according to Firefox our server is setting Pragma:
no-cache in the headers. Now to investigate how to turn this off on
Apache if RT is not setting it...
