[rt-users] One get two emails when sendiing emails to queue

Hello,

I wonder how to stop RT from sending out two emails?
I get one confirmation message that you have this ticket nr and so on and that's ok but one do also get a message that showing me what I wrote. Can I turn that off somehow?
