[rt-users] Mail "from" header

Hi,

where and how can I configure the "from" header of outgoing mail? At the
moment I get i.e:

Auto reply:    From: "Support Queue via RT" <support at mhcsoftware.de>
Agent answer:  From: "Agent Name via RT" <support at mhcsoftware.de>

What I want is for both cases:

From: "MHC Support" <support at mhcsoftware.de>

What do I have to do to get this?
