There was a fix in 4.0.3 for Queue scrips (Configuration -> Queues ->
Queue Name -> Scrips) because of a similar bug.
I can't replicate your failure (all my links on multiple 4.0.4s are
Scrip.html?id=1).
Is it possibly you upgraded from 4.0.2 and had a customization to the
AdminSearchResultFormat config setting?
