[rt-users] MaxAttachmentSize

Indeed, the file has 47.7MB. But RT does not throws any error regarding 
uploading files with size bigger than this and it should because for the 
end user, the files seem to be there (you can download but only the 47MB).
Is there any option in the apache configuration files to set a max size?
