Create a blank "Autoreply" template for that queue.

hello,
We have an RT queue setup from an automated monitoring system.
There's no point in sending return emails to the originating address as the 'reply-to' address is invalid and will generate a bounce. Is there any way to have RT not send a reply at all and just add a ticket to the queue?
