[rt-users] Generate end of the day report and email

I would setup a search the way you want, save it, then add it to a dashboard.  Then you can setup subscriptions on it to whomever you like, at whatever interval you like.  This is assuming you have setup all the necessary contab lines outlined in the initial installation.

I am using RT4 and oracle database on redhat
