[rt-users] make fixdeps error

I know it's been a month since you posted this, but I was having the same
issue on a CentOS 6 system and thought I'd help in case you or someone else
was having this issue.  First I installed YAML as I was getting errors
relating to that and although it said it shouldn't be a problem without it,
it was.

% sudo perl -MCPAN -e shell
cpan[1]> install YAML

I then hit an error with regard to missing mysql.h so:

% sudo yum install mysql-devel

After that, all was fine.
