[rt-users] Group chart by custom field of Queue

Hello, 

My queues in RT belong to some sort of departament (custom field). How can I
get a chart, showing tickets by departament? 

What i find out, is that charts are made by ticked dependencies, but not the
the dependencies of tickets queues.
