Unless you've configured RT to log to that directory, it won't.
I've quoted out the part which says that your email looked invalid and
couldn't be parsed. Please show the email.
Also, your server appears to be using SSL, so I'm not sure why your
rt-mailgate is configured to post to an http:// url.
