[rt-users] setup queue for particular user

Hi

    I want to setup a queue for the particular User/Group. Means the any
particular User/Group only have the  access right for that particular queue
only.

      And that User/Group will not able to view or create any ticket on
other queue.

How to achieve the same ?? Please guide for the same.
