[rt-users] No __TimeLeft__ value in search result

Hello, 

I set my custom search format in RT_SiteConfig like this: 



This is the time values for the ticket: 
Created:	Tue Feb 18 13:28:25 2014 
Starts:	Tue Feb 18 13:28:25 2014 
Started:	Tue Feb 18 13:28:25 2014 
Last Contact:	Tue Feb 18 13:30:25 2014 
Due:	Wed Feb 19 00:00:00 2014

Still, the __TimeLeft__ field is always blank. What is the problem?
