[rt-users] Accented characters in an export (to Excel)

When doing an export (using Search) of tickets from RT (to be read by
Excel) It is a complete mess. All accentes characters are transformed in
strange characters.

E.g.: "*Procédure*" becomes "*Procédure*"

Am I the only one ? If not, is there a solution ?
