So, it rewraps things?

Without you providing actual emails generated by RT that demonstrate
the problem, I'm not sure how to proceed, since your examples don't
look like html mail failing to send to me.

Were you seeing mail failing to send or mail wrapped poorly.
Your report is unclear.

Please try again on the current release of RT.
