[rt-users] slowness in RT when creating a ticket

in my configuration $MailCommand is set to 'sendmailpipe', on the other
hand  CommentAddress, CorrespondAddress and OwnerEmail are all set to my
personal gmail adress, can this be the source of the slowness ?
