[rt-users] RT's configuration does not allow for the creation of a new user for your email.

Hello All,

I'm facing issue with new users couldn't able to be created. I've found a
similar mailing thread
<http://lists.bestpractical.com/pipermail/rt-users/2007-September/047780.html>before
but couldn't see a solution for that.

Attaching is the log message for the same.

Any help is highly appreciated.
