Sorry, this is actually the other way around.

Select the menu item “Admin” -> “Global” -> “Scrips”, then click on the scrip you want to change which queues it applies to. On the scrip page, select the submenu “Applies to”, then you should see a page either with “Applies to all objects” message — which then you click on the checkbox and submit in order to remove that from all queues making you able to selectively choose the queue you want it applied — or a page showing a list of queues it applies (Selected objects) and those not (Unselected objects).
