Hi list,
we're looking at standardising and optimising our update/testing workflow for Request Tracker. Are there any best practices you'd like to recommend?
The main points of course are simple:
- installing a clone of a current installation
- updating and testing
- how to best duplicate database
- if there are situations in which it's not possible to migrate the db to a new version
etc
Any pointer is welcome.
?
Thanks,
Giuseppe
