[rt-users] rt root account corrupted by rt-setup-database upgrade ?

Hi,

After tring to migrate an old RT 3.6.5 to 4.2.12 (cf thread "Migrating
RT 3.6.5 to RT 4.2.12") , the RT root account lost its admin privilges

How can I restore its privileges in RT 4.2.12 ?

Is there any scripts or SQL statements (we are running mysql)  to
fix/recreate the RT root accounts privileges (the password is fine) ?
