[rt-users] Cannot see changes in UI

Thank you Alex, but I 've already tried that. Not any change appeared!
However, the solution is here:

I had to clear the Mason cache!

At a guess, I'd say to restart your web server. RT seems to need a restart before changes will be reflected in the web UI.
