[Rtir] RTIR install failed!

We are still live on a 2.x box .... And we have a separate development
host for 3.xx .... The weird thing is, that Vanila RT works fine in our
testing so far.
Our 3.04 instance was created by:
1. Keep a 3.04 empty database ready. We did this because of the
different 2.x upgrade versions out there. The blank structure looks
OK...
2. Run the import tool. Each time a new upgrade procedure was produced,
we re-imported and continued testing the application.
Any more ideas? :-)
Greg.
P.S. There are some errors we are seeing in the test scripts for
Business Hours and the whois modules ... I will document these problems
another time, but I don't believe this is related to this issue.

Taht looks very much like your vanilla RT instance isn't working
correctly. And it looks (from the bit at the end) like you just kept
rerunning it when it failed to install.
