We don't generally estimate release schedules, other than for customers.
RTIR is Open Source software we're happy to provide to the community,
but as the maintenance isn't being sponsored by a customer, it doesn't
have a firm delivery deadline.  We'd rather release it when it's right
than release it "right now".
